How to make smoothies at home?

Very simple. Prepare fruits, berries or vegetables for your smoothie beforehand - wash them, peel off the seeds and skin and, if necessary, chop them coarsely. Put everything in a blender and whisk. A delicious smoothie with maximum benefits and vitamins is ready!

Vegetable smoothies for weight loss - avocado and cucumber

  • avocado - half an avocado;
  • cucumber - 1 pc;
  • celery stalk - half;
  • water - 100 ml.

Cut the avocado, remove the pit, divide in half. Wash the cucumber and remove the skin. Cut cucumber, avocado and celery into cubes. Put the vegetables in a blender, pour water and whip. Serve with ice and a sprig of mint.

Dark Forest cherry-chocolate smoothie

  • 1 tbsp. cherries
  • ½ ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • ½ tbsp. milk
  • chocolate shavings for decoration.

Peel the cherries from the pips, peel the banana from the skin. Combine all ingredients in a blender and whisk. Pour into glasses and garnish with chocolate shavings.
